All files saved on the server can be viewed by the server administrator, so please do not do put anything confidential on the server. The files on the notebook server are backed up every hour to mitigate risk of hardware failure. You can make a copy of notebooks for your safe-keeping at any time (there is a “download as” option in the “File” menu of the notebook).
